Harish Goyal, Advocate, enters appearance for the respondent and submits that let this matter be sent to the Mediation Center. On 10.08.2021, the following order was passed:- This is the wife's petition, filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking the transfer of HMA No.845 of 2020, titled as "Gagandeep Singh vs. Talwinder Kaur, pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Camp Court, Khanna, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Camp Court, Kharar. The petitioner claims that she was married to the respondent in the year 2017 and was blessed with a girl child on 16.10.2018. She claims that at present, she is residing with her parents in a village and is unable to defend the petition at Khanna.

The file of HMA No.845 of 2020 (Gagandeep Singh vs. Talwinder Kaur) pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Camp Court, Khanna is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Camp Court at Kharar. The transferor Court is requested to remit the case file to the transferee Court forthwith. The parties are directed to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Camp Court at Kharar, on 08.09.2021. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
