Counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act, filed at the instance of the respondent, has since been withdrawn, before learned Family Court. In view of the same, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
