ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the writ petition reveals that petitioner is already before this Court vide CWP No. 5471 of 2020, wherein he has impugned the order contained at Annexure P-6 herein.

Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application in the same very writ petition to avoid multiplicity of litigation.
