As per the advertisement issued by the respondents for the post of Supervisor, the following conditions were laid down for eligibility:- 1.

Should be a Graduate from a recognized University or Instiution in any of the subjects viz. Home Science Nutrition Child Development, Psychology, Economics Social Work or Sociology;

Should be a Graduate from recognized University or Institution and should have three years' experience as Ba Sewak or Grace: Sewa or Anganwadi Workers and 3.

Should have knowledge of Punjabi language up to Matriculation Standard.

The petitioner was called for counselling on the basis of the marks obtained by her in the written examination, however, she did not produce any document of having experience of three years as Ba Sewak or Grace: Sewa or Anganwadi Workers. On account of lack of experience, her candidature was rejected. The petitioner has preferred this petition assailing the MAMTA 2023.07.17 09:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/order






   criteria of experience and submits that the board could not have rejected the candidature solely based on experience.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has obtained experience lateron, however, same cannot be considered as the experience was to be counted upto the last date. Conditions of the advertisement can also not be challenged after having participated in the same. A person cannot be allowed to approbate and reprobate at the same time. 4.
