The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0720 dated 15.9.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 311, 406, 409, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sector 7, Faridabad, District Faridabad. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the allegations, the petitioner was not owner of the land in question regarding which agreement to sell was executed by the petitioner in favour of the complainant.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, therefore, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.
