This case pertains to the year 2006 and falls in the category of burnt cases. On 10.01.2025, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Since, written request for an adjournment was circulated on behalf of the appellant, the mater was adjourned to 14.02.2025. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

The Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fee to Mr. Sanjiv Pabbi, Advocate, within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, pursuant to order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court.
