(ORAL) On instructions from HC Surjeet Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioner has been convicted under Section 304-A IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of 2 years and to pay a fine of ` 4000/-, vide judgment of conviction dated 08.08.2018, rendered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
