KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing due to prevailing situation of COVID-19.

This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to conduct free and fair investigation in criminal case having FIR No.251 dated 14.07.2020, registered at Police Station Arya Nagar, District Rohtak (Haryana).

Mr. Kirpal Singh Thakur, AAG, Haryana, appeared on behalf of the State through Video Conferencing and at the outset submitted that on completion of investigation, report has already been presented before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned and he is seized of the matter. Accordingly, this petition is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas raised in this petition, at the appropriate stage in the court concerned.
