(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in cross-version case registered vide DDR No.19 dated 16.02.2017 under Sections 452/427/149 IPC in FIR No.9 dated 16.02.2017 under Sections 324/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadiq, District Faridkot. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kuldip Kumar, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them nor they are required for further custodial interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 15.03.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
