FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as District Veterinary Inspector from the date when his juniors were promoted and to give him salary and pension benefits as payable to District Veterinary Inspector, for which, representation dated 10.06.2021 (Annexure P-6) has also been submitted before the respondent authorities.
