**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 681 dated 26.10.2017, registered under Sections 120-B, 313, 323, 328, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, Police Station Sonipat.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 9.2.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
