Mr. Ashok Singh Chaudhary, Addl. A.G, Haryana **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 for registration of an FIR against the accused on the basis of the complaint and the MLR dated 31.8.2019 (Annexures P-1 and P-4, respectively).

As per the contents of the petition, the occurrence took place on 30.8.2019. The complaint (Annexure P-1) was preferred by the petitioner on 31.8.2019.

On the last date of hearing, a message was circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the whatsapp group that he could not join the video conferencing due to personal difficulty. Even today, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. At this stage, learned State counsel, on the instructions from Sub Inspector Khem Chand, submits that after the said occurrence, with the GURPREET SINGH 2021.08.19 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M No. 31781 of 2021 (O&M) -2intervention of the respectables and members of panchayat, compromise had been effected between the parties on 3.9.2019 and accordingly, the dispute between the parties stands settled.
