There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent. However, status report has been received from the concerned Judicial Officer.

Perusal of the paperbook reveals that challenge in the present revision petition is to the orders dated 17.05.2022, which are Annexure P-7 and Annexure P-8, vide which, the objections filed Mukesh Devi, had been dismissed and consequently, warrant of possession was also issued, vide order of the even date.

The execution petition bearing No.Exe-102-2017 was filed for seeking execution of the decree dated 18.01.2011. During the pendency of the said execution petition, Mukesh Devi had filed the objections, which had been dismissed, vide Annexure P-7. CR-2505-2022 -2objection petition, warrants of possession were issued, vide order dated 17.05.2022, which is Annexure P-8. In the petition in hand, both the aforesaid orders have been challenged.

Perusal of the paperbook reveals that at time of issuance of notice of motion on 12.12.2022, learned Executing Court was ordered to adjourn the case, beyond the date fixed by this Court. On receipt of the aforesaid order, status report has been furnished by the concerned Executing Court, whereby, it has been submitted that warrants of possession of the property in question, in the execution petition bearing No.102-2017 were issued on 17.05.2022, returnable for 07.07.2022 and order, so passed on 07.07.2022, has been reproduced in the status report. Further, it has been submitted that the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by this Court, was received by learned Executing Court and now, through the status report, it has been submitted that execution petition had already been disposed of being fully satisfied, vide order dated 07.07.2022. In view of the aforesaid status report, as decree has been executed, the revision petition, in hand, to challenge the dismissal of the objection petition as well as issuance of warrants of possession, as such, has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed has having become infructuous.
