(ORAL) ase heard via  Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail' under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.13, dated 28.01.2021, having been registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 3/8/13(1)/13(3) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, even as per the FIR, was never apprehended at the spot where allegedly the police found an ox tied up from it feet etc., and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the entire occurrence.
