*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing of order dated 23.03.2021 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 28.09.2021 (P-10).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over copy of email dated 09.12.2022 wherein it has been mentioned that the assessment order dated 28.09.2021 for the assessment year 2013-14 has been uploaded on ITBA using the manual order upload (MOU) functionality against the original PAN EGSPS0533Q. Copy of corrigendum is also attached with the mail. Now the assessee can use his regular PAN EGSPS0533Q for filing appeal etc.

A copy of this email is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
