(Oral) This revision has been filed against the orders declining the regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.340 dated 03.08.2015 registered under Sections 342/506/34 IPC and Sections 6/12 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at P.S. Rajendera Park, Gurgaon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner is a juvenile who has been in custody for the past 4 1⁄2 months.

Learned Deputy Advocate General on the other hand says that viewing the seriousness of the allegations but keeping in mind that the petitioner is a minor, in his submission there should be a time cap put on the trial. Learned DAG on instructions from Investigating Officer further states that the prosecution shall lead its entire evidence within two months subject to the accused not obstructing the same. I find this to be a fair submission. In the circumstances, in view of the undertaking given by the learned Deputy Advocate General, it is directed that in case the prosecution does not lead its entire evidence within two months (subject to the accused not obstructing the same) the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Juveline Justice Board.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Since the main case has been decided, the pending criminal miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
