The auction in favour of the petitioners herein was for the period 2023-24. Thereafter a fresh auction was conducted for the year 2024-25 in which the petitioners had also participated and the property in question stands already leased in favour of some other persons.

In view of the above, the present writ petition has since been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say, petitioners would always be at liberty to avail the remedies as available in law.
