The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing of the order dated 29.04.2019 vide which the case for promotion of the petitioner has not been considered. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the respondents have passed a speaking order dated 13.01.2020, appended with the written statement as Annexure R-1, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, in wake of which, prays for withdrawal of the petition with a liberty to challenge the same. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
