(ORAL) CRM No.27224 of 2021 This application has been moved for seeking the permission to withdraw the main petition bearing CRM-M No.31577 of 2021, while averring that the petitioner does not want to pursue the same. Mr. S.S.Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this application having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection in the withdrawal of the said main petition.

Keeping in view the above-said fact as well as the reasons as mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the above-said main petition, i.e CRM-M No.31577 of 2021 is taken on the Board today itself. CRM-M No.31577 of 2021 Dismissed for having been withdrawn, as prayed for in CRM No.27224 of 2021.
