The challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 27.10.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in case bearing CRR No.92 dated 30.05.2017 whereby criminal revision petition filed by the respondents against the order dated 02.03.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana in case bearing MNT No.589 dated 17.10.2015 was allowed.

On 25.03.2022 none had appeared on behalf of the parties and the matter was adjourned to 18.08.2022. On 18.08.2022, again, none had put in appearance on behalf of the parties and the case was adjourned to 13.02.2023. On 13.02.2023 the case was adjourned to 22.05.2023 and thereafter to 19.09.2023. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.
