During the course of hearing, only grievance raised by the petitioner is that he is not being provided the documents he has sought for defending himself before the enquiry officer. On the asking of the court, Ms. Ishneet Kaur, AAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. She submits that in case it is found that there is a substance in the plea of the petitioner, necessary steps shall be taken, in case, petitioner continues to co-operate with the enquiry.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
