0 1 & ' praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3, vide which the ration depot licence granted to the petitioner was suspended after issuance of show cause notice dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
Learned State counsel submits that the order of suspension dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) has been revoked vide order dated 04.05.2026 passed by respondent No.3 and as a consequence of this, ration depot licence granted to the petitioner has been restored subject to decision of the inquiry which is pending. The abovesaid order dated 04.05.2026 is taken on record as Mark 'X'.

In light of the statement given by learned State counsel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present writ petition.
