**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner was working as Junior Engineer (JRY) and was convicted vide judgment dated 07.03.2002. Thereafter, he was dismissed from service on 05.08.2002 (P-3). Subsequently, he was acquitted by this Court on 21.02.2018 (P-4) and he was reinstated.

The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he has filed a detailed representation dated 12.03.2019 (P-8) to treat his suspension period w.e.f 19.06.2018 to 17.02.2000 as duty period and allow him full pay and allowances.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 12.03.2019 (P-8) within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
