******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 172 dated 29.09.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Sadar Khanna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before trial Court and has been released on interim bail under order dated 15.03.2017.
Learned State counsel submits that challan in this case has been presented and as per information supplied to her, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. In view of above but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 15.03.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition and the petitioner will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
