Service has been effected on respondent No. 2 but no one has put in appearance on her behalf.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 9.2.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation.
