A status report, dated 06.07.2023, by way of an affidavit of Smt. Jasroop Kaur Batth, IPS, ACP (Civil Lines), Ludhiana has already been attached with the case file. The same is taken on record. 3.

As per the said report, both the parties were summoned during the inquiry conducted on the said representation and the petitioner told the inquiry officer that she does not want to take any action on her application. 4.
