CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH

Present:

Ms.Satwant Mehta, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.46 dated 11.07.2018 under Sections 420 and 409 IPC, registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that this is second petition. The first petition was got dismissed as withdrawn, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief as sought, after hearing the arguments. Now, this second petition has been filed without any changed circumstance. The petitioner was S.S. Master in the Government School and the allegations against him is regarding embezzlement of funds. Learned VINEET GULATI 2019.07.26 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh counsel for the petitioner contended that now the allegation is only

CRM No.M-25584 of 2019 -2regarding embezzlement of `41,000/-.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that in the FIR, embezzlement of huge amount has been alleged, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to him.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
