Prayer in this fourth petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Hans Raj @ Hansa S/o Mehanga Ram, in case FIR No. 161 dated 09.11.2016 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Jamalpur District Ludhiana (Police Commissionerate) Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, submits that out of total 15 prosecution witnesses, 6 stands examined, 8 prosecution witnesses have been given up and only one prosecution witness remains to be examined.
