The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0041 dated 07.06.2022, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana Rural. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Dalwinder Singh, has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim protection against his arrest, vide order dated 06.07.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, with a condition to execute the sale deed within a period of two months. However, the said condition has not been fulfilled by the petitioner despite several adjournments and opportunities. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the facts and circumstances involved in the present case and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, as well as, the fact that the petitioner has lost his interest in the case, this Court does not find it appropriate to continue with the present petition any more. 5.

Dismissed.
