* * * * As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for respondent No.4-Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of Rs.14,30,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal, is awarded to the appellants. Counsel further submitted that the entire enhanced amount be paid to appellant No.2- Deepa, d/o Jagat Singh and appellant No.3- Aman Rana, s/o Jagat Singh, for & on behalf of all the appellants, in equal shares, in full & final satisfaction of the claim. Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to respondent No.4-Insurance Company to deposit two cheques in the sum of Rs.7,15,000/-each (Rs.14,30,000/- in total) favouring appellant No.2-Deepa, d/o Jagat Singh and appellant No.

3- Aman Rana, s/o Jagat Singh with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before 30.10.2023. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. The appellants' counsel may collect the cheque/draft from the office of the Lok Adalat. The office shall retain the photocopy of the cheque/draft bearing signatures of the Counsel. Appeal stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be consigned to record.
