*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Ram from Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar states that report from Forensic Science Laboratory, Punjab has not yet been received in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the order passed by Judge, Special Court, Jalandhar dated 16.1.2018 though this very fact has been observed but interim bail has not been granted. The present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach Judge, Special Court, Jalandhar praying for grant of interim bail and then the said Court would decide the said petition in the light of authority Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others Versus State of Punjab 2014
