This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 11.03.2024 passed in CWP5568-2024. 2.

The operative portion of order dated 11.03.2024 passed in CWP5568-2024 reads as under : " 4.

Learned State counsel accepts notice and submits that the pending representation will be decided by the second respondent/Director, Higher Education, Haryana, within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.

Learned State counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner since stands decided and infact she has been posted in Gurugram w.e.f. 03.09.2024. Initially, she was transferred for three months and thereafter, two extensions for 6-6 months each have already been granted to her.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
