Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 36 dated 15.03.2019, registered under Section(s) 420 & 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners are not the main accused and the payment was not made to them, rather it was made to Dr. Balbir Singh.

As per allegations against the petitioners, they were actively involved in the commission of offence and it was on their introduction only. As such, the matter requires intensive investigation and no ground is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
