**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside order dated 01.05.2014 dismissing the revision petition filed by the petitioner against order dated 18.02.2012 whereby respondent-wife was granted maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month.

A bare perusal of the impugned order shows that while awarding the maintenance, the petitioner has not led any evidence to prove his actual income. The sole ground for setting aside impugned orders is that the petitioner is handicapped from left hand and both feet and as per the disability certificate, he was 50% handicapped.

This argument is liable to be rejected as the interim maintenance @ Rs.3000/- per month is not on the excessive side and has thus rightly been granted to the respondent-wife. Further there is delay in filing the present revision petition. In view of the above, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned orders.

The petition stands dismissed.
