MADAAN, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties inasmuch as the FIR No.71 dated 18.6.2016 for offences under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC, P.S Women Cell, Ludhiana has been quashed on the basis of compromise vide order dated 03.7.2018, a copy of which has been placed on record. It is further stated that the spouses have got their marriage dissolved by mutual consent, therefore the present petition has become infructuous and the same be disposed of accordingly, Dismissed as infructuous.
