(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 22.2.2019, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Sohana, District Mohali. Vide order dated 26.8.2019, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 26.8.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kewal Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
