This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. On the last date of hearing, since no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, therefore, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant as well as his counsel for the next date of hearing. Despite being informed by the Registry, today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and further no effort has been made to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
