This is petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct and compete the investigation fairly and expeditiously in case FIR No.492 dated 19.08.2017 registered at Police Station Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. As per reply, police has prepared cancellation report on the basis of evidence collected during investigation, which will be filed in the Court.

Petitioner will be at liberty to avail legal remedy available to him on filing of cancellation report. No reason is made out to pass any further direction as sought by the petitioner to direct the respondents to conclude the evidence.

Dismissed.
