 This case pertains to the year 2007 and falls in the category of fully burnt cases.

A perusal of file reveals that there is no document containing memo of parties, copy of award etc and in these circumstances, Registry is unable to issue the notices to the parties.

No effort has been made either of the parties to get the file reconstructed.

In view of the above situation, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of record. 5.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of record. 6.

Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application for restoration of the appeal as and when complete record of the case is available with them.
