JUSTICE AMAN CHAUDHARY Present: Mr. ADS Sukhija, Advocate for the appellants. *** RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The appeal is being filed against judgment dated 02.05.2022 passed by Learned Single Judge in CWP No.9414 of 2016, vide which the said petition was dismissed.

The appellants have come up in appeal against the judgment dated 02.05.2022 passed by learned Single Bench in CWP No.9414 of 2016 on the ground that after setting aside of termination order, direction was given to the appellants to pay one month salary of each completed year of service is very harsh. Respondent No.1 in the present case had completed 4 years of service. Since the grievance of appellants is that the direction was given to pay one month salary for each completed year of service and keeping in view the fact that respondent No.1 had worked for 4 years, this order will not be taken as a precedent for any future.

Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid modification of judgment dated 02.05.2022 passed by learned Single Bench in CWP No.9414 of 2016.
