Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, seeking quashing the impugned order dated 30.05.2022 (P-3) passed by respondent No. 2, whereby the petitioner was transferred from the office of District Child Protection Officer, Sangrur to Mansa.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that impugned transfer order has been withdrawn by the authority concerned, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
