FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. Petitioner Malkeet Singh who was earlier recruited on 09.07.1992 as a constable in Punjab Police on account of his mis-conduct was prematurely retired on 31.05.2013 and regarding the departmental appeal, the petitioner claims that he has filed additional appeal before the Director General of Police, Punjab dated 24.06.2021 (Annexure P-7) which has not been
