(Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-plaintiff has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of the direction to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda (for short 'the trial Court') to decide the application (Annexure P-1) filed by her under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC for seeking the relief of ad-interim injunction in the Civil Suit bearing CIS No.INDIG-3 of 2020 titled as 'Sandeep Kaur vs. Manohar Singh and others' expeditiously, while averring that the above-referred application had been filed in July, 2020 but it has not yet been decided. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner-plaintiff in the present revision-petition, at the preliminary stage and have gone through the file carefully.
