The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure P-7) whereby the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025 has been rejected and for request to reopen the payment link for completion of 10% H-1 payment which has been declined and further for directing the respondents to accept the sale amount from the petitioner so that the sale in favour of the petitioner may be completed.

During the course of arguments, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he confined his prayer for refund of the earnest amount already deposited before the authorities, the petitioner intends to make a representation with the authorities concerned and the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time-bound manner. 3.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Anu Pal, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, any representation filed by the petitioner KUMARI SAPNA 2026.05.05 16.32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-13502-2026 in the office of the authorities concerned and the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of such representation by passing an appropriate speaking order. Learned counsel further submits that in case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the petitioner, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons will be mentioned for not accepting the claim of the petitioner in the speaking order to be passed and the said order will be duly conveyed to the petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondent-State, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
