Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to take appropriate action on the representation/complaint dated 14.07.2016 (Annexure P1) and subsequent representation dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P2), but no action has been taken thereon till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is decree holder and respondent No.4-Chhote Lal Pandit is judgment debtor, who had already lost the litigation upto the Hon'ble Apex Court and now he is not allowing the execution petition to proceed further, as per law. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Monika Jalota, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
