The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India only for challenging the order dated 11.04.2023 (Annexure P-5) whereby his warrant of arrest has been issued. However, no challenge was laid initially by the petitioner to the order dated 14.12.2022 (Annexure P-4) dismissing his objections. Subsequently, an appeal was preferred challenging the order dated 14.12.2022 which was dismissed vide order dated 31.05.2023. A civil revision petition was also filed before this Court being CR-7016-2025, which was dismissed vide order dated 19.12.2025. All the issues now sought to be raised were also raised and dealt with in the appeal as well as in the revision petition. 2.

In view of the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in CR-7016-2025, there is no ground to entertain the present revision petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
