(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the FIR No.138 dated 04.05.2017 registered under Sections 336, 323, 160, 382, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 379-B and 295-A IPC added later) read with Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Division A, Amritsar.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the case before the trial Court is now fixed for framing of charge and he has raised the arguments based on the documentary evidence. Heard.

At the very outset, this Court deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to raise all the available pleas at the time of framing of charge. In case, the petitioners/accused filed an application along with all the supporting documents, the trial Court while framing of charge will consider all the documents and thereafter, pass a detailed order. Disposed of accordingly.
