Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release balance payment due to him on account of work executed by him. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 & 3 submits that a amount of `2,98,000/- which was found due has been paid to the petitioner. The amount of security (`62,000/-) deposited by petitioner has also been released.

Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
