Challenge in the present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is to the notices dated 05.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) issued under Section 24(1) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and notices dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P-8) issued under Section 24(2) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4-Gram Panchayat states that the aforesaid notices would be withdrawn and that respondent No.4-Gram Panchayat would proceed in the matter as per the legal remedies available under The Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961.
