**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Perusal of the record would show that in CWP No.13601 of 2022 filed by the petitioner, Division Bench of this Court has issued notice of motion for 28.07.2022 after passing a detailed order.
The issue involved in the said writ petition is in respect of tender process and excise policy.
The present writ petition has been preferred on the basis of separate facts. Petitioner has also prayed for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the representations dated 22.06.2022 and 28.06.2022 PRINCE SAINI 2022.07.21 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
by transferring the proceedings arising out of show cause notice dated 01.06.2022 pending before respondent No.3 to some other officer. One of the prayers in the present writ petition is also in respect of issuance of directions for ensuring compliance of order dated 17.06.2022 passed by the Division Bench in CWP No.13601 of 2022.
The Registry has also taken an objection with regard to non-filing of second set of paper book as the matter pertains to the Division Bench.
In view of aforesaid facts, it would be just and appropriate to allow the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file fresh petition after complying with the objections raised by the Registry.
